Another Easy Way To Understand Podcasting

November 21st, 2007 · 1 Comment

It is indeed true that sometimes when we are asked about podcasts and podcasting, we find it hard to choose the right words or phrases to explain it even if we are already doing a podcast and we call ourselves podcasters. Most of the time, we simply say that it is just like a radio show or a TV program that we can get from the Internet and listen right there or download to our portable media player.

But if the one you are talking to asks further explanation and you are running out of words to explain more, check out Leesa Barnes’ 3-minute video that explains more about podcasting. In the said video, she used the example of 2 talk show divas, Marilyn Denis and Oprah Winfrey.

Let this video clarify podcasting for you and if your audience wants more details or should we say more video presentations about podcasting, Jason Van Orden, another podcasting expert created an 8-minute movie  about this topic. Combine the expertise of these two great people in podcasting and you will definitely enlighten your audience, family, relatives and friends on what podcasting is all about.
