There are several ways to help yourself become a better podcaster: you can read about podcasting books, surf the internet and listen to other podcasting show. But did you know that the best way to leverage your knowledge in podcasting is to attend podcasting seminars or podcasting exhibit?
Nothing beats getting up close with fellow podcasters and various podcasting consultants as this is where you can hear their personal insights about podcasting. Do not be turned off on attending these events as most conferences or exhibits about social broadcasting are open to the public. Many of them like the PodCamp are always free to attend.
All you need is to register early, bring yourself and be approachable! It is guaranteed that you will learn valuable insights and practical podcasting techniques that are not written in the usual podcasting book. And if you do not have time to get out from your comfort zone, there are also some podcasting seminars that are conducted online or are given via tele-class.
