I read another cool tip on how podcasters can promote their podcasts without shelling big sum of money. And the article clearly implied that promoting podcasts is easier when you reach out with your fellow podcasters. And it’s true; nothing beats the power of word of mouth as human tends to be interested to something that he/she have heard from others.
Rob, the author of the article mentioned four steps of promoting podcasts through Blubrry Podcasting Community. The first step that he mentioned is to promote it through PodcastPromos and mingle around with Blubrry podcasters so that you can offer them your podcast promo.
Then, you have to add a note about your podcast to the Podcast Promotion section of the Blubrry Forum. Blubrry also has this Juice It section that provides podcasters a chance to be featured on the front page. Lastly, podcasters can send a link of their audio promo to marketing[at]rawvoice[dot]com and they will play it at Brrycast.
