NextUp Technologies is company that offers several talking software or text converting programs that allows anybody to convert any text files into spoken words. They have a line up of software that is designed in specific voice requirement for your audio or podcast program.
The company offer a complete functional tryout version for all their software that allows interested users to test the software prior in buying them. Some of NextUp voice products are Text Aloud, Weather Aloud, News Aloud, Stocks Aloud and NextUp Talker that includes AT&T Natural Voices, NeoSpeech Voices, Cepstral Voices, ScanSoft RealSpeakl Voices and Acapela Voices.
Text Aloud is NextUp’s primary text-to-speech program that utilizes voice synthesis to generate spoken words from text. Weather Aloud is used to convert and build a spoken weather and forecast reports. News Aloud can be used to convert your written news subscription into real news that you can hear.
Stock Aloud on the other hand is intended for hearing your stock and investment information. The NextUp Talker is composed of several type of voices application that is particularly created for people who have temporarily or permanently lost their voice. These voice programs are more natural sounding and can be used conveniently.
I actually admire NextUp and other similar companies for coming up with this kind of communication technology because they open more doors of opportunities to express ourselves and enjoy the World Wide Web even more without always using our sense of sight all the time.
In fact, I have written some similar blogs about text converting software and encouraging podcasters to try them I am not saying that this is the best way to podcast because nothing can beat a real human voice especially if you are hosting a talk show. It would be boring to hear computer generated voices but in instances when you can not speak well, or just podcasting news and literature or simply want to provide a podcast version of your huge file or blog archives, this software will really come handy.
